Baseball Baby Shower


Not everyone can get tickets to the big game so you might have to play “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” at your house! Themed parties are a great way to celebrate! You could throw a birthday party, baby shower, opening season of baseball party or even a little league party.


This past weekend we had the opportunity to work with some great people planning a baby shower for their daughter-in-law. They wanted to go with a baseball themed shower and it turned out perfect! They used our Kona Clear Dinner Plates and added little baseball pictures under the clear plates. Being able to use our clear made it simple for her to bring color and design to the table! What a great idea!

Our Farm Table brought the whole look together! It was an outdoor shower, so the Farm Table was a great addition and did not need to have linen…although they added an adorable baseball runner! The Navy napkin added a pop of color and finished off the look.

The cute box of Cracker Jacks was a sweet touch to tie the table together with the theme! The shower turned out great and the customer was happy with the rental ideas. Hopefully you enjoy these pictures and have a little inspiration for your next themed party!

- Small Gas BBQ- This is a 2’ x 3’ gas BBQ. This BBQ is ready to go and easy to use. Celebrations provides you with a full propane tank! This rents for $75.00.

- BBQ with Rotisserie- This is a 2’ x 5’ BBQ with an attached Rotisserie. This is perfect for slow roasting pork, beef, venison, top rounds and turkeys. This rents for $100.00. The maximum capacity for the rotisserie is 90 lbs. The charcoal is not included. Celebrations requests that your charcoals are dumped out prior to return.

- Deluxe Gas BBQ- this is a 2’ x 5’ gas BBQ. This is the ideal BBQ to use for large events. The Deluxe BBQ allows you to grill a large number of items at one time. This rents for $130.00. Celebrations provides you with a full propane tank.

- Celebrations also has griddles for rent! These are perfect for breakfast or lunch. From cooking pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, or sausage to making burgers, dogs, cheese steaks, sausages, onions, stir-fry and fajitas. Celebrations provides you with a full propane tank. Our Norden collection offers packages starting at just $135. This collection features walnut wood stained furniture and comes with a two inch white pad to cushion the benches. Art Museum Wedding

This spectacular event was held at the Crocker Art Museum in downtown Sacramento on a warm spring day. The courtyard was transformed into a classic event space using two structure tents (66’x50’ and 98’x66’) put together with custom created roof panels to accommodate for large oak trees in the center of the tent. There were also smaller tents used by Elaine Bell Catering for their meal preparation. We worked closely with Kate at Kate Miller Events who coordinated the wedding to bring her vision to life.

In order to achieve a completely uniform look, we set the tent on our leveling flooring system to even out the ground underneath. The floor was then covered in specialty beige carpet to match the color scheme for the wedding. Along with the carpet, we ordered fabric in Ivory Shantung for the ceiling and wall drape. This material was installed by our crew and once completed gave the tent a luxurious and elegant esthetic.
The fabric was illuminated with gorgeous lighting from BP Productions and the mixture of chandeliers created a gorgeous ambience for this reception. The guests danced the night away on our All White Dance Floor which was enhanced once again with lighting from BP. We are thrilled with the final results of this event and had a wonderful time working with the other vendors on this project, we hope you enjoy the photos!

“Soup”er Bowl is right around the corner!

Who doesn’t like Football, Food and Friends? Host a party for Super Bowl. Once a year the ultimate football game happens - families and friends gather around their televisions to watch the SUPERBOWL! Forget plopping everything on a coffee table….create a display for your food and drinks!

This is the day to have a finger food feast from subs, chips, dips, salsa, veggies and cold cuts…your options are endless! Maybe try a sandwich bar, pizza bar, tater tot bar, nacho bar or soup bar. Our rectangular Armani plates would work great for sandwiches and or pizza.

Make sure your table is in the most convenient area, eliminating people reaching over others and creating a faster serving time. This way nobody will miss any part of the game. A buffet table with linens and overlays to bunch around will create a dramatic look. Use boxes (or anything sturdy) to create height variations to give your guests an eye appealing table. Make small name tags for the food to create a well put together table. Lastly, add some props for a table everyone will be talking about: potted wheat grass, mini footballs and pendants.

Bowls full of crackers, bread, cheese, peppers, or sour cream will let guests customize the flavor to their taste. We used a Ceramic 10” Pedestal Bowl for crackers and bread rolls. Serve your soup in Kalvin bowls…these bowls are easy to hold, so your guests don’t miss any part of the game. Don’t forget ladles and soup spoons too!
